Seeking help or change takes a lot of bravery, resiliency, self-determination, and courage when first getting started. I applaud you for taking the first step in creating an authentic and fulfilling life for yourself. As a counselor, my goal is to foster a relationship that encourages the client to take power over their own lives in determining what is best for them. I am here to support, listen, accept, educate, and help guide individuals in creating positive changes that will ultimately empower them to work through major obstacles. My passion comes from working collaboratively with people of all gender identities and cultures.
Specialties
Empathic & Understanding
I provide an empathic and understanding approach based on your own unique experiences with anxiety, addiction, depression, life stressors, grief/loss, divorce, trauma, neglect, or family relationships. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Let’s work together to develop a plan that emphasizes your goals and needs. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for us to pursue your aspirations. Together, we can bring about a level of self-awareness that confirms your worthiness to have power over your own life and healing.
